Do you envisage a world free from animal suffering? Do you want to use your time to help end the abuse of animals raised for food? Are you in the Birmingham area? If so, we'd love for you to join our Volunteer community!

Watch this short video to find out what volunteering is like!

Why join us? We exist to end the abuse of animals raised for food. We work specifically on corporate focused campaigns demanding better welfare practices for chickens.

The actions you take will help to open the eyes of the general public to the truth of factory farming, and add vital pressure onto our corporate targets, ultimately resulting in reducing animal suffering.

As a Campaign Volunteer, you will help us achieve change for animals by:

  • Joining us for in-person events locally, and nationally (this may include peaceful protests, public outreach and informal meet-ups). These events are organised by staff or Grassroots Organisers near you so all organisation is taken care of. All relevant expenses will be covered
  • Taking part in campaign actions from home including writing emails and letters, making phone calls to companies and taking social media actions
  • Connecting with your MP to campaign for change
  • And much more!

This flexible and rewarding role is perfect for those looking to make a difference for farmed animals but without a strict time commitment. There are no set hours, you can get involved whenever you are free. Roughly 2-4 hours a month is average for this role, depending on how much you choose to get involved with.

This role can be done from anywhere, no matter where you are in the UK. We're a remote team, so we're set up to provide you with the best experience, regardless of your location. No prior experience is required, just a passion and drive to make a difference to animals. Whether you're a student, retired, working full time, or somewhere in between - we would love to welcome you.

Gain fantastic experience and build your advocacy skills in this flexible and rewarding role. Every action you take will help to reduce the suffering of animals who are on factory farms right now.

PLEASE NOTE: we aim to get you started within 3 weeks of your application so please ensure this is the right time for you to onboard with us!
